Dosage

Among other things, it slows down the process of atherosclerosis, helps the heart to heal, prevents and cures various heart diseases, and has a beneficial effect on blood pressure. Therefore, it helps and prevents heart and vascular diseases.

Because cannabinoids protect nerve cells, they maintain and regulate brain health. According to a 2008 study, CBD and THC also stimulate the formation of new nerve cells.

Cannabinoids also contribute to the process of bone metabolism. CBD effectively blocks the enzyme that destroys the body's bone-forming components, thereby reducing the risk of age-related bone diseases such as osteoporosis and osteoarthritis. Furthermore, CBD stimulates the formation of new bone and cartilage cells and the healing of broken bones.

It protects and heals the skin as cannabinoid receptors are also found in the skin. Whether it's just a wound or a serious type of skin cancer.

Of course, you can also give CBD to pets, since they have an endocannabinoid system just like humans.

In a nutshell; the endocannabinoid system works closely with other systems in the body to regulate disease and well-being, including the endorphin system, the immune system, and the vanilloid system(the latter converts acute pain into chronic pain). By working with these systems, the endocannabinoid system regulates inflammation, pain, bone health, new nerve cell formation, fat and sugar breakdown, mood, energy levels, brain health, and hormone balance.

Dosage instructions

It is best to start with a small dose of CBD(see 4. dosage recommendation)and then slowly increase it until you get the results you want. You need to listen to your body and see if you notice any changes. For example, better well-being, better ability to concentrate, more peaceful sleep, more balanced state of mind, alleviation of fatigue, more positive mood, alleviation of symptoms, or the like. If you wish, you can also write down your experiences.

“It is important to start with a low dose until you know how your body responds to CBD. A wide range of CBD doses have been tested in clinical trials, but more results are needed to provide even more effective dose recommendations for specific uses. Until then, the empirical numbers remain.

                                                                                                                                                 Dr. Lindsay Slowiczek

The dosage of CBD oil is different for each person!

This is because each person has a different state of their endocannabinoid system, immune system, etc.

A common mistake people make is to only use CBD for short periods of time. CBD is often said to help with problems that have accumulated over the years. Chronic diseases require long-term use in almost all cases. Since it is a symptomatic treatment in many cases, stopping CBD can cause symptoms to return.

The use of CBD often leads to rapid relief of the symptoms, but the body must be given enough time to regenerate. Another common mistake is that some people do not use enough because they are afraid to try a larger dose.

CBD is not a toxic substance and cannot be overdosed!

Even children can safely take it in larger doses, as has been proven in clinical research.

It can happen that you feel its positive effect right from the start, for example if you have trouble sleeping or snoring. But it can also take weeks for an effect to set in. Finding the optimal dose is essential for patients because CBD cannot be administered like a drug. Everyone has to find their own dose.

If the effect wears off or even disappears after some time, this may mean that the optimal dose has been exceeded. In this case, you should revert to the previously measured dose. If there is NO result with a dose, you can increase it and repeat the process.

If anything changes, maintain the dose for a few days and then keep increasing it using the same process. If you do not get a better result after the added dose, go back to the previous dose. When the positive effects wear off, restart dosing and start again with the dose that gave you good results first.

It is worth taking a break of 3-7 days every 3 months; the so-called tolerance fasting. This has no negative effects as the cannabinoids are stored in adipose tissue and the body uses these reserves during fasting. Once these have been used up, the tolerance ends and the system restarts.

Dosage instructions can only serve as a guide, since every person and body is individual and therefore every dosage has a different effect.

Advice on taking

Put the drops under the tongue for 30-60 seconds(this is where the active ingredient is best absorbed)and then swallow.

We generally recommend taking it in the evening, especially if someone has trouble sleeping. But of course you can also take it in the morning.

You can also halve the dose and then take it in the morning and evening to spread the effects throughout the day. It is important to ensure that there are approx. 7-8 hours between taking the 2 doses.
